Do you volunteer with or donate to Lincoln Options? We all do! Did you know your employer might offer different ways to give (i.e. vacation time) or even better, match a portion of your donation.
It’s not just the State of Washington that offers an employer sponsored program for giving. King County offers 5 ways to give through its Employee Giving Program. Companies like Microsoft, Starbucks, and Alaska Airlines offer a 100% match on donations.
How to get started:
- See if your employer is listed below or check with your HR department.
- Signup on your employer’s online giving platform or obtain the appropriate matching gift verification form from your employer and submit it to the Options Program.
- Let us know you signed up. The Options Program may need to register with your employer’s giving program. Email fundraising@lincolnoptions.org

State of Washington, University of Washington – The Washington State Combined Fund Drive is Washington State’s workplace giving program for active and retired public employees. State and higher education employees are invited to give to the charity of their choice through payroll contribution and agency fundraising events. (In the write-in category, the Options Program is registered as “Options CC 315737”)
King County, WA – Employee Giving Program allows King County employees to donate in the following ways.
- Vacation and/or compensatory time
- Payroll deduction (bi-monthly, monthly, annually)
- Pledge and then pay by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check
- Contribution in tribute or in memoriam
